As a doula, I provide you and your family with positive emotional and physical support throughout pregnancy and birth. My role is to walk alongside you during one of the most transformative moments of your life, offering calm, compassionate, and non-judgmental support so you feel informed, empowered, and truly heard.
I am especially passionate about unmedicated births at home or at birthing centers, and I am also happy to travel to hospital births. Wherever and however you choose to give birth, I am here to offer comfort measures, continuous emotional support, and a steady presence so you feel safe and supported.
I honor your choices, your values, and your intuition. My goal is to support you in creating a birth experience you can look back on with confidence, strength, and positive memories.
I am a DONA trained birth doula in the process of getting my DONA birth doula certification. I am adult and infant CPR certified.

I’m a wife and parent to two children, ages 6 and 3. Both of my kids were born at Swedish Hospital Issaquah through the Midwifery Centering program, and both were unmedicated vaginal births. I had a doula present for each of my births. My pregnancy and birth experiences led me to want to pursue work as a doula. I want all mothers to be informed, feel supported, and look back on their birth as a positive and powerful experience.
Outside of birth work, my family and I live in North Bend, Washington, where we love spending time outdoors. You’ll often find us hiking, camping, skiing, or simply enjoying the beauty of the Pacific Northwest together.
In my quieter moments, I enjoy knitting and working on small sewing or photography projects. I value creativity, connection, and slowing down—qualities I also bring into my work with families during pregnancy and birth.
